Training for Faculty, Staff and StudentsTraining for Faculty, Staff and Students

The Department of Information and Technology Services is pleased to announce the following workshops for faculty, staff and students. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 614-823-1875 or by sending an e-mail to Frank Brusca. Walk-ins are discouraged due to seating limitations and preparation of training materials. If classes are full, you can have you name placed on a standby list.

Unless noted, all classes will be held in the IT Training room (015C) in Roush Hall.

If you would like a class on a topic not listed here (or a class at a different time), please contact me via phone (614-823-1875) or by e-mail. I will do my best to accommodate your request (keep in mind that the availability of classrooms with the appropriate software can be a limiting factor).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If you request a seat in a workshop, you will receive an Outlook invitation confirming your seat in the workshop. You will need to use Outlook or Webmail to see if you made it into a workshop. If you don't accept your Outlook invitation your seat in the workshop will reassigned to someone else.

If you request a workshop that is full, your name will be added to the wait list.

Reservations are required. UNRESERVED WALK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Classes will begin promptly at the announced starting times. Since these compact training classes are so short, if you're late, you will be asked to sign up for a later session.

If you are scheduled to attend a workshop and cannot attend, please contact Frank Brusca or call 614-823-1875 ASAP. Since many of these workshops are "sold out," we can offer your seat to someone on the waiting list.

Minimum of two attendees are required for each workshop; workshops with only one attendee will be canceled.
