EMERGENCY WINDOWS
PATCH FOR ALL RESIDENT STUDENTS WITH WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS
Update:
All resident students should be on-line since the re-registration
process. If you are not on-line, please contact the Student
Help Desk at 823-1060 or utilize the walk-in service so we
may help you individually. We are located in the basement
of Roush Hall in the computer lab. Our hours are M-F 8:30am
- 9:00pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm.
We are not able to help you if you do not contact us and
make us aware of a problem!

the same type of services as Blackboard. If you're looking
for more powerful course management, give Moodle
a try.



Phishing
If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from the ITS department
asking for personal information, DO NOT RESPOND!
These Emails are asking for your account information so they
can log on to the Otterbein network and engage in malicious
activity.
Remember - we will never ask for log-in information
