Covers earthquakes, volcanoes, and rivers. How humans interact with geology. Lab, no prerequisites.

Past examples include Geology in Kentucky and Ancient Reefs.

Field Geology

Many field trips will examine rocks in the field. Will include some mapping. Prerequisite: a previous geology course.

Explore the geological history of the National Parks. Prerequisite: a previous geology course.

Course travels to Belize to study coral reefs.
