Clarinet Day at Otterbein College will feature masterclasses, a mass clarinet choir, exhibits of all things clarinet and woodwind, informational sessions, and more. We will close the evening with a performance from guest artists The Prestige Clarinet Quintet.

All events and exhibits will be located in the Battelle Fine Arts Center at Otterbein College.
Who:
Anyone interested in the clarinet.
All ages and all ability levels are welcome.
What:
Masterclasses, coaching, performance opportunities, and clarinet choir.
There will also be exhibits selling instruments, clarinet accessories and music.
Cost:
$15 Registration for participants.
Parents, private teachers, band directors are free.

The Prestige Clarinet Quartet has been featured at the 1998 (Columbus, OH) and 2006 (Atlanta, GA) International Clarinet Association's "Clarinetfest" and at the 2005 Oklahoma Clarinet Symposium. For two consecutive years, The Prestige Clarinet Quartet was the winner of the WGUC-90.9 FM (Cincinnati, Ohio) "Young Artists Program," featuring the ensemble on live radio broadcasts. A winner of the International Clarinet Association's Recording Competition, the quartet's performance of Augustine Kubizek's "Three Sketches" op. 44/2 is available on the "Music from the ICA" compact disc.
The Prestige Clarinet Quartet is happy to announce that they have been recently invited to once again perform at the Oklahoma Clarinet Symposium (June 2008) and the International Clarinet Association's "Clarinetfest" in Kansas City, Kansas (July 2008).
