Otterbein College has a fine choral music tradition. We have eight choral music opportunities that are open to all members of the Otterbein community. Students must audition for a choral placement. Each year, members of the combined choirs perform great choral masterworks in conjunction with the Westerville Symphony and other regional orchestras. The choirs performed Howard Shore's "The Lord of the Rings Symphony" with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra in March, 2004.
