2009 Transfer orientation is September 4.

First things First

Activate your network account and OC email. Go to http://www.otterbein.edu/newuser and enter the PIN provided in your Welcome Letter. You will be instructed to create a unique password. To access your email go to http://ocwebmail.otterbein.edu and log in using your user name (firstname.lastname) and the unique password you created when you activated your account. Start good habits now! You should check your Otterbein email account daily, especially once classes start, for important information on campus.

Attend Transfer Orientation. As a transfer student you bring an understanding of college life that new students have not yet learned. Therefore, the Otterbein Orientation Team has designed a program especially for you. This program will still help you understand the campus community at Otterbein and connect you with the information that you need to make a successful transition. Click here to access the form.

Take the placement exams. The information regarding the placement exams and your course schedule has been sent to you in a packet from the Registrar's Office. If you have misplaced your packet or need a new one, please contact the Registrar at 614-823-1351. The placement exams should be completed and your schedule request submitted before orientation on September 4th.

Review the Campus Compass. This form will provide you with a snapshot of resources from parking decals to books and all of the needs in between.
