The Cornell Collection

The Lucinda Lenore Merriss Cornell Collection consists of the 58 extant diaries written by Lucinda Cornell between 1855 and 1911, as well as related letters, photographs, and assorted family documents.  The diaries have been completely transcribed and excerpts were published by Dr. Harold Hancock in 1979.  All materials are available for researchers to view during regular business hours of the archives.
