Tuition Waiver for Full-Time Employee and Spouse
Employee: After six months of service, employee may enroll in any course at Otterbein for $25 fee per term.
Spouse: After one year, spouse may take undergraduate classes for $25 fee per term. Spouse may take graduate courses at 50% reduction after 3 years.
Dependent Tuition Waiver
After 3 years of service, or pro-rated for fewer years of service, IRS dependent children may take undergradute classes for up to four academic years. Tuition waiver only. No room and board.
Tuition Exchange Scholarship Program
After 3 years of service, no pro-rated benefits, IRS dependent children may be eligible to attend one of 500 other institutions on approved list for up to four academic years. Tuition waiver only. No room and board.
