Neighbors
Our neighborhood is our home.
Otterbein University is committed to being a good neighbor and
establishing positive relations with all of its neighbors, including
both students living off campus and Westerville residents. We keep the
lines of communication open; educate students on being good neighbors
and tenants; and keep neighbors informed about campus events and
meetings.
Good Neighbor Program
The Good Neighbor Progam is a pilot program to educate students living in off-campus housing about how to be good neighbors and tenants. Previous activities include programs for students provided by the Westerville police department about police protocol and cookouts with neighbors surrounding the college. Suggestions for future meetings and gatherings are welcomed. Please email Julie Saker at jsaker@otterbein.edu with your suggestions.
Parking and Traffic
As part of its commitment to our neighbors, Otterbein posts information about significant campus events that might interfere with regular parking and traffic flow. See the list of events below that impact traffic and parking.
