Dr. Jones is dedicated to helping students gain the practical skills and knowledge necessary for future success in communications-based careers. His specialties include radio broadcasting, broadcast journalism, media writing, and media case studies. Whenever possible, Dr. Jones seeks to include discussions of media ethics and media literacy into his classes. His current research interests include religious media use, the self-help media industry, and effective teaching strategies for undergraduate communication majors.
