Otterbein University Student Athletes to Host Kids' Night Out

Westerville, OH—Student athletes at Otterbein University are inviting kids to campus for an evening of fun and games at the annual Kids’ Night Out from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, in the Clements Recreation Center, 180 Center St. The event is free and open to children in the Westerville or Otterbein communities. Pre-registration and a waiver are required for participation.

Sponsored by the Otterbein University Student Athlete Advisory Committees (SAAC), Otterbein’s student athletes will lead local children in games and activities designed for fitness and fun. Children should plan to wear clothes and shoes for running and playing. At the end of the night, participating children are welcome to get the autographs of their favorite Otterbein athletes. After the event, kids are invited to attend the Otterbein basketball game next door in the Rike Center, where parents can pick up their children from 8-9 p.m.
