Otterbein University to Host High School Honor Choir

Westerville, OH—The Otterbein University Department of Music will host a performance by the Ohio Capital Conference Academic League Honor Choir at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, in the Fritsche Theatre at Cowan Hall, 30 S. Grove St. The concert is free and open to the public.

The choir consists of more than 240 singers from 30 high schools in the Ohio Capital Conference. Each school is represented by eight of their top singers, selected by their high school choir directors to perform in the Honor Choir. The concert is the culminating event of a full day spent at Otterbein University, singing under the direction of Otterbein’s choral faculty, led by Dr. Gayle Walker.
