Blackboard Learn is Otterbein's campus-wide learning management system (LMS). An LMS is a Web-based suite of educational and communications tools that help faculty and students coordinate synchronous and/or asynchronous learning activities. Blackboard Learn Support
Teaching with Blackboard Learn: For questions regarding course development and/or pedagogical support for Blackboard Learn, faculty should contact the Center for Teaching & Learning (email@example.com | 614-823-1064) or visit the CTL Studio on the 3rd floor of the Library.
Training for Faculty: For introductory technical training on the features and functions of Blackboard Learn, faculty should contact the ITS Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org | 614-823-3100) or submit an online Help Request.
Help for Students: For instructions on how to navigate Blackboard Learn and use the different tools in the system, check the Blackboard Learn Help for Students Web site or contact the ITS Help Desk (more information below).
