Otterbein Receives Grant to Integrate the Five Cardinal Experiences
Amy Jessen-Marshall, associate vice president for Academic Affairs and dean of College Programs, and Melissa Gilbert, director of the Center for Community Engagement, were awarded a $100,000 grant from the Association of American Colleges and Universities for their two-year project, Ventures in Praxis: The Otterbein Five Cardinal Experiences, which seeks to institutionalize The Five Cards to provide high impact transformational praxis opportunities for students and faculty that are innovative, integrated and community-based.
