Registration Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration by phone or in writing by April 12, 2013 and receive a full refund. Credit card refunds will be credited to your account. After April 13, refunds cannot be made due to the commitments we must make for meals and rentals.

Host Hotel - Make reservations by April 13, 2013
Holiday InnHoliday Inn-Worthington, 7007 N. High St., Worthington, OH 43085, 614-436-0700. Otterbein rate is $79 plus tax. Hotel amenities include high-speed internet access, a 24-Hour Business Center, a full-service restaurant, a Fitness Center and a heated, indoor pool. The hotel is located of 270 North and Rt. 23/ N. Parking and Golf Cart Shuttles
Free parking is available on campus and designated spaces will be available at the Campus Center west parking lot. Registration will be in the Campus Center on Friday and Saturday. Golf carts will be provided for those needing assistance around the campus. Designated handicap spaces will be on the Campus Center east parking lot.
