Girl Talk: Otterbein Community Outreach with Local Teen Girls

What do your teen granddaughters talk about? What kinds of issues do they currently face at school? Come and learn about two new service programs that connect students with local middle school girls to ensure that they have a bright future ahead. Journal, create a video, and help develop innovative strategies for working with girls.

Meet at the Towers Plaza to have students conduct a personal tour on foot, by golf cart or for your self-guided walking tour.

The Founders Convocation will focus on the evolution of the Five Cardinal Experiences throughout Otterbein's history. You will enjoy a slideshow of photography from the Otterbein Archives, alumni speakers representing reunion classes, and musical presentations of historic Otterbein songs. All reunion classes will be recognized during this meaningful ceremony. Otterbein will be celebrating Founders Week from April 21-27.

Behind the Stage Tour of Gypsy
Meet at Dodrill Lobby, Cowan Hall

Dinner followed by the theatre performance
You will be guided behind the stage of Gypsy followed by a dinner featuring John Stefano, Dept. Chair of Theatre and Dance, sharing highlights of the performance. Enjoy the talents of Otterbein students at the performance. Cost is $40 pp for the entire package.
