January 27, 2-3 p.m., Roush 114: Eating Disorders and Otterbein Students
Wellness will collaborate with the Center for Balanced Living and Otterbein Recreation and Fitness to bring you important information on eating disorders and Otterbein Students. FYE and IS approved.
Now through Feb. 19: Video Competition--just in time for spring break
Win money for your organization by creating a short video on responsible drinking. Students will vote for their favorite videos the week of Feb. 22. Winners will be announced after spring break. Call Jill at 614-823-1250 for details.

Visit our Valentine's day booth to learn more about healthy relationships and sexual health.
Feb. 12-26: 360 Proof Survey
Ever wonder about Otterbein students' drinking habits? Separate fact from fiction. Participate in this very important survey! Students who take the survey may enter a drawing for a $20 Visa Card. Several Visa Cards will be given away. FYE approved.
April 6, 8-9:30 p.m. at the Campus Center: "Take Back the Night"
Wellness is partnering with Tau Epsilon Mu to discuss and raise awareness about relationship violence.
April, 4-5:30 p.m. in the Campus Center: No Stress Zone Unwind and relax during exam week!
The topics below are addressed throughout the year through various programming:
- Substance abuse
- Stress management
- Eating disorders
- Sexual health
- Sexual assault
- Women's issues
- Rx drug awareness
Wellness-sponsored programs are designed to increase awareness on these important topics and help students develop strategies for handling issues that arise during the college years.
Students are encouraged to join support groups or schedule an appointment to see a counselor on campus when they are confronted with personal challenges or simply need an outside resource to speak with.
