Argos

Otterbein's main reporting tool responsible for generating a wide range of reports from banner systems.

Access:
Argos requires different levels of authorization. Inquire within your department to find the appropriate approval process.

Banner

Otterbein's main data collection and processing system. Banner is responsible for student, faculty, and staff records and management.

Access:
Personal access is granted to Otterbein accounts while elevated access requires special clearance. To obtain higher access contact your manager. You will be required to fill out specialized forms and meet with the Director of Administrative Computing. You will be required to bring your Drivers license and Cardinal card to a meeting in person.

Galaxy

Otterbein's access system responsible for Otterbein Cardinal Card access to campus resources.

Access:
Cardinal Cards are given to students starting New Student Weekend. Students or Faculty/Staff that have misplaced or lost their Cardinal Card can contact the Campus Center office for information regarding replacement.

My O-Zone

Otterbein's single sign on and web portal for campus.

Access: 
Access to My O-Zone is given to users with a current Otterbein Network Account with the role of student, faculty, and/or staff.

The system that maintains historical records from Otterbein Systems.

Workflow

Otterbein's main system of automation. 

The creation of a new Workflow is done by filling out a Workflow Request Form.
