Skype is an included IM app you can launch within Outlook on the web. This replaces Google chat. Skype meetings can also be inserted in any calendar event in O365 for free video and voice calls.
If you are using Outlook desktop client you will use Skype independent of the Outlook client. Left-click start menu and type in the search field "Skype for Business" to see if you have the app already installed on your Otterbein PC. If it appears as a match, login with username@otterbein.edu and Ozone password.
If the app is not already installed, then login to Office 365 at
office.otterbein.edu.
Select "Other Installs" directly under the Install Office button. On the install page, select "Skype for Business." Note: Do not install any other app on an Otterbein owned PC. Skype is a freebie, but the other installs are licensed for your personal use and not to be installed on an Otterbein owned computer.
