The goal of the Otterbein's Women Leadership NET is to grow a local, relational and collaborative Women's Leadership Network by:
- Developing partnerships with women's agencies.
- Hosting local and regional summits on women's issues.
- Leveraging resources through grant-writing, fundraising and sponsorships.
