Fitness Classes

From pilates to cardio bootcamp to yoga, we offer a variety of fitness classes to help you burn extra calories and change up your typical treadmill routine. Our classes are free to all students, faculty and staff. No registration is required, so join us any time!

Core & More (Stephanie): This class focuses on strength and stability for the abdominal and back muscles as well as incorporating strengthening exercises for the rest of the body. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Muscle Madness (Angi): A full-body muscle conditioning class timed to awesome music! Traditional sets will be performed for each muscle and opposing muscle group utilizing various equipment such as hand weights. Class will move quickly, so be prepared to sweat, work hard and have fun!
Pilates (Stephanie): Strengthen your core through traditional Pilates exercises while also improving flexibility and body awareness. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Yoga (Stephanie): Explore a variety of poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Relieve muscle tension and stress using your mind, body, and breath. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Zumba (Tuesday-Adrianne, Thursday-Allie): Join this high energy workout based on Latin dance moves and you will have tons of fun while getting in shape!

Otterbein is located adjacent to the 23 mile Westerville bikeway/leisure path. See the City of Westerville site for more details.
The Westerville Community Center is a 96,600 square foot facility which offers a leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river; an 8-lane lap pool; walking/running track; gymnasium; fitness room; and an indoor climbing wall.
