From pilates to cardio bootcamp to yoga, we offer a variety of fitness classes to help you burn extra calories and change up your typical treadmill routine. Our classes are free to all students, faculty and staff. No registration is required, so join us any time!

20/20/20 (Hikari): Mix it up in this combo class which consists of three 20-minute segments of varying formats. Formats will include step, kickboxing, sculpting, or Zumba.
Muscle Madness (Angi): A full-body muscle conditioning class using traditional sets for each muscle and opposing muscle group utilizing various equipment such as hand weights.
Total Body (Hikari): Work your total body in this class designed to increase muscle strength and muscle tone through the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body bars.
TurboKick (Hikari): An interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.
Yoga (Brooke-Mon, Emily Thurs & Sat): Improve your flexibility, decrease stress , and increase strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Zumba (Emily): Join this high energy workout based on Latin dance moves and you will have tons of fun while getting in shape!

The Westerville Community Center is a 96,600 square foot facility which offers a leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river; an 8-lane lap pool; walking/running track; gymnasium; fitness room; and an indoor climbing wall.
