Here at Otterbein, we believe leadership is a process. Through the Center for Community Engagement, we offer opportunities for growth and development of leadership skills through The Van Sant Leadership Program. We strive to develop Otterbein students to be capable and confident leaders who are able to take action to make positive, sustainable change in their communities, workplaces, and organizations.
