Payment Plans

The Office of Student Accounts will send you a bill every semester/term. You have several payment options:

  1. To pay with a check or money order, send it along with the invoice to Otterbein University Office of Student Accounts, One Otterbein University, Westerville, OH 43081.
  2. To pay with online with check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), use the Online Payment System available in My O-Zone.
  3. To pay over the phone with a debit or credit card, call 614-823-1150 between the hours of 8:30 am 5:00 pm, M-F.

Otterbein also offers two convenient payment plans as an alternative to paying fees in full by the first day of the term.

Four-Part Payment Plan

The Four-Part Payment Plan allows you to divide your tuition into four payments. One fourth of your tuition is due prior to the beginning of the semester/term, with the remaining balance payable in three payments (due one month apart). There is a $30 service fee to use this plan. Each semester/term that you choose to utilize the Four-Part Payment Plan, you must complete this form and pay the deposit and service fee by the first day of class. Download the form (pdf) here.

Deferred Payment Plan

Otterbein offers a Deferred Payment Plan to students whose employers provide tuition reimbursement. A minimum deposit of $20 for each credit hour is required prior to the beginning of the semester/term. A $35 service fee is assessed for each semester/term that this plan is used. It basically allows a student to defer most of the tuition until the end of the semester/term. Each semester/term that you choose to utilize the Deferred Payment Plan, you must complete the form and pay the deposit and service fee by the first day of class. Download the form (pdf) here.
