Religion Degree Requirements
Below are the requirements for earning a major or minor in religion.
B.A. Degree with a Major in Religion
Total hours required is at least 180.
Requirements in the Core Curriculum:
Requirements in the major (minimum 45 total hours). At least 15 of the 45 total hours must be taken at the 300/400 level in an Otterbein classroom:
- PHIL 260 - 5 hrs.
- RELG 100 - 5 hrs.
- RELG 140 - 5 hrs.
- RELG 150 - 5 hrs.
- RELG 340 - 5 hrs.
- RELG 400 - 5 hrs.
Minor in Religion
Requirements (at least 25 total hours):
- RELG 100 - 5 hrs.
- Remaining hours from among any other RELG courses
