Otterbein First of month after employment, provided employee enrolls with 30 days after hire date or annual open enrollment. Health Care Reimbursement Account - Pre-tax dollars can be put aside to pay for medical, dental, & vision costs not reimbursed by insurance.

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account - Pre-tax dollars can be set aside for expenses for care of dependent child or dependent spouse or parent.

Premium Redirection Account - Premiums for health and dental insurance can be deducted on a pre-tax basis.
