Utility Failures

In the event of a utility failure (electric, water, gas, or telephone), contact the Service Department at (614) 823-1300 or the Otterbein College Security Department at (614) 823-1222.

Remain in place until notified by either the Service or Security Departments to leave, or the utility failure is over.
Stairwells should be used to evacuate a building when emergency lighting is on - DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS.
Emergency lighting is temporary and is not intended to continue building operations. The College President or his/her designee will determine if campus will remain open or will be closed.
