Mission Statement The mission of the Office of Ethnic Diversity at Otterbein College (OED) is to meet academic, cultural and social needs of students of color, while fostering a diverse and inclusive campus community.

Goals of the Office of Ethnic Diversity

To support the overall mission of the College.
To assist the college in the recruitment and retention of students of color.
To implement campus-wide diversity initiatives and programs that will promote cultural understanding, appreciation and awareness.

DESIRE Diversity Conference
Saturday, April 12th, 9:00am-4:00pm, Campus Center
Registration Fee: $3.00 (Otterbein Campus Community)

The campus community is invited to participater in this year's DESIRE Diversity conference. The conference will have a variety of topics related to race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic, mental illness, mulitple identities, body image and much more.
