Keynote speaker: Mark Ballard, Co-Founder and CEO of Sugardaddy's Sumptous Sweeties, a Columbus based business. Sugardaddy's is Ellen's gift of choice for her celebrity guests and for two years in a row has been featured on Rachel Ray. Sugardaddy's has been named "Best of the Best" by Food Network, and winner of Throwdown with Bobby Flay. He will share and expand upon his visionary skills, team work, and successful leadership.  

Plus multiple leadership sessions to chose from including: spirituality and leadership, transitioning leaders, learning your leadership style, Otterbein 101, Intro to programming, publicity, and budgeting, and many more!
