The Commons on Home St. and Park St.
The Commons are designed to house 177 juniors and seniors year round. They are fully furnished apartments with 1-1/2 bathrooms and 2 to 4 bedrooms.

Apartment Selection Process 2008-2009
Commons on-campus apartments are available to Traditional Full-time Otterbein students who will have at least 85 credit hours by the end of spring term. Only students in good academic and judicial standing with the college (not currently on probation) are eligible to apply.
The Application Process for the 2008-2009 Commons is currently closed.
Contracts
Twelve-month leases begin June 23, 2008 (2nd Monday after graduation).
Nine-month leases begin September 13, 2008. All leases end June 14, 2009, at Noon (the Monday after graduation).
