Clements houses 111 women, 6 Resident Assistants, and one Hall Director. Most of the rooms are doubles with six rooms on the lower level designed for four people and one triple room.

| Commons Apartments on Home St. and Park St. |

|
Juniors and Seniors have the opportunity to live in an independent living environment while still living on campus. The Commons apartments offer private bedrooms, a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath, and a half bath. There are 47 total units available in the two complexes including 41 four-person apartments, one one-person apartment, two two-person apartments, and three three-person apartments. ADA accessible apartments are available. Students may select 12 month leases which begin in late June or 9 month leases which begin in September depending on which building they select. One building in each complex is off-line each summer for renovations (painting, deep cleaning).

The Davis Complex consists of two separate buildings: Davis Hall, home of 110 first year and upperclass men and women as well as 6 Resident Assistants; and Davis Annex, which accommodates 56 women and 2 Resident Assistants. One Hall Director is in charge of the entire complex.

| Dunlap King Hall |

Home to 96 first year and upperclass men and women, 4 Resident Assistants and one Hall Director, D-K is the oldest residence hall on campus and was renovated in 1988. Four triple rooms are on the third floor and all other rooms are doubles. D-K is also home to the Arts Appreciation housing program meaning students choosing to live in D-K should be interested in the arts, although not necessarily art, music or theater majors.

| Engle, Garst and Scott Halls (The Triad) |

The Triad is a complex consisting of three buildings for first year and upperclass students: Scott Hall, home of 32 women and 2 Resident Assistants; Engle Hall, home of 44 men and 2 Resident Assistants; and Garst Hall, home of 3 Resident Assistants and 72 men. All rooms in the Triad buildings are doubles.

Hanby Hall accommodates 139 first year and upperclass women, 7 Resident Assistants and one Hall Director. Four quad rooms are available in Hanby in addition to double rooms.

| Mayne Hall |

Mayne Hall is the home for 149 first year and upperclass men and women, 7 Resident Assistants and one Hall Director. Recently renovated, Mayne Hall features double rooms with one single. Mayne Hall is home to the Honors housing program. First year and upperclass students enrolled in the Honors program are eligible to live on the Honors floors in Mayne and attend special programs planned especially for Honors students.

The Suites is Otterbein's newest residence hall housing 168 upperclass men and women, 6 Resident Assistants and one Hall Director. The Suites feature single rooms with their own baths and double rooms which connect to another double room via a bathroom. Selection for The Suites is done in spring term during residence hall room selection.

25 W. Home St. is the newest residence hall renovation project at Otterbein. Opening for the Fall of 2008, it will be home to 192 upperclass men and women, and 8 Resident Assistants. 25 W. Home St. is similar to The Suites and will feature single rooms with their own baths and double rooms which connect to another double room via a bathroom. Selection for 25 W. Home St. is done in spring term during residence hall room selection. |
