Otterbein's Information Technology Department is migrating the entire campus to a new Microsoft Exchange email server.
Students:
We will begin migrating the student mailboxes this Wednesday, 8/26, at 8:30am. It may take several days to migrate all of the student email boxes to the new server. During this time, if you find that you cannot access your email via webmail, please try the new webmail URL address listed below. If you do not use webmail, we have also listed below information for configuring mail client settings on your PC or Mac. We will begin migrating the Faculty after all of the student mailboxes have been moved to the new Exchange Server. Same applies for Faculty during this upgrade process. If you find that you are unable to login via webmail, please try the new webmail URL address listed below. If you do not use webmail, we have also listed below information for configuring mail client settings on your PC or Mac. You will not have to make any changes to your Outlook Clients in your offices. MS Activesync server: ocwebmail2007.otterbein.edu (for smart phones)
