Michael Highman ’88 died November 6, 2019. He was born October 9, 1966. Michael attended Otterbein University earning a BSE in Elementary Education in 1988. He then went on to Ashland University to receive his MED in 2000. While at Otterbein, he was part of the Lambda Gamma Epsilon (Kings) fraternity, Quiz & Quill, Orientation Leader, & Golf team.

Michael was a teacher in Hilliard City Schools and Hilliard Weaver Middle School, Hilliard, Ohio. He was an avid golfer and friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Highman, II; and daughter, Kelly Marie Highman. Survived by wife, Della Iezzi-Highman ’89; daughters, Kari ’17 and Katelin Highman; mother and step-father, Patricia and James Moore; Aunt, Darlene “Doll” Kelch; brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephew: David, Janeen, Natalee and David Highman; step-brother, niece and nephew, James, Alissa and Anthony Moore; step-sister, Sherry Moore; best friend, Steven Huprich; many cousins and other family and friends.
