I am in the process of completing my two year thesis in Otterbein’s newly instated Biomechanics Institute. We are using the 3D motion technology to identify walking gait patterns and abnormalities in college aged students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No Pursuing my doctorate in Occupational Therapy The Center for Health and Sport Science! This is where all my faculty offices are and it is just like a big happy family in the building. Being out of state, I loved living in a dorm with and taking classes among students studying a variety of disciplines. No No Before I graduate, I’ll move to New York and complete my last semester from an internship there. Afterwards I plan to stay for at least a few years- it depends what I book after college! I love hammocking with my friends on the quad behind towers! The Kappa house also holds some of my fondest memories and I’ll always cherish the conversations and experiences I’ve had there. I work on the admissions team as a tour guide as well as in Res life as an RA. no I am involved in Dr. Rich's PAL Lab! PAL stands for Primates in Anthropogenic Landscapes. In this lab we do research on how humans effect nonhuman primates, specifically about how different things humans do like for example agriculture may effect female non-human primate reproduction. no My plans after graduation are to become a zookeeper. I just love animals and building those connections with them. My top 3 dream species to work with are rhinos, polar bears, and apes like gorillas and orangutans. I love the science center! I love sitting in front of the huge windows studying. I love how much natural light there is an love to just look out at campus. I really enjoy the clap-in and clap-out tradition.
