Don Eskew

Dr. Eskew has been at Otterbein since 1993. His teaching and research interests include recruitment, training and development, general organizational behavior, and the fairness of decision-making in organizations. Courses taught by Dr. Eskew include introductory courses in management and human resources management, staffing, training and development, courses within the Senior Experience and the Otterbein Honors Programs, and graduate level courses in management and human resources. He has been nominated for Otterbein University’s “Master Teacher Award.” Dr. Eskew has published in the Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal, Human Resource Planning, The Journal of Management, American Compensation Association Journal, and the Compensation and Benefits Review. Dr. Eskew also serves on numerous staff, faculty, and student committees on campus.
