Marcus Fowler joined the Office of Alumni & Family Engagement in January 2022 as Otterbein’s Director of Alumni & Family Programs. His work at Otterbein focuses on directing and expanding alumni and family engagement efforts, both in-person and virtual, and includes working with the Young Alumni Board, the Student Alumni Board, and the long-established Golden Reunion program.

Marcus earned his BA from the College of Wooster and, prior to joining Otterbein, held positions in advancement and alumni relations at Denison University, Kenyon College, The Pennsylvania State University, and Oberlin College. He is an active volunteer with Independent College Advancement Association (ICAA).
