Raeceen Dukehart, Director of Annual Giving, Institutional Advancement Division
Raeceen graduated from the University of Findlay in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. While attending UF, she worked in the Advancement Office and as a Phonathon Supervisor. As a student, she served as President of the Student Development Officers club and co-founded Generation Orange, UF’s Young Alumni Board. She continues to serve on the Young Alumni Board today. After graduating and managing hotels for a few years, she decided to return to her passion of higher education fundraising at Ohio Wesleyan University. While there, she managed the Phonathon, Student Philanthropy, and Young Alumni Program giving efforts before being promoted to manage the Reunion Giving and Class Leader Programs.
Raeceen started as Director of Annual Giving at Otterbein in October 2019. In her role, she provides leadership for the Annual Giving team, which raises unrestricted support for the University through the Otterbein Fund and other funds supporting the annual operating budget. She manages the comprehensive strategy for the department, multi-channel communications, digital fundraising campaigns, the peer-to-peer fundraising program, and donor stewardship. She also meets with alumni, parents, and friends of Otterbein to build relationships and secure unrestricted support for the University.
