All classes are free to Otterbein students, faculty, and staff. No registration is required and we invite you to join us any time!

Group Fitness Class Schedule

All classes are held in the Rike Center Fitness Studio (across from the weight room) from August 31 – October 31. All classes are open to the first 8 participants in the Rike Fitness Studio. Please wear a mask, bring your own water bottle, and get ready for a great workout.

An hour of intense challenges in an individual and team setting. Class consists of cardiovascular training (running, walking, and plyometrics), strength training, core work and ends with a stretching.

The Westerville Community Center is a 96,600 square foot facility which offers a leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river; an 8-lane lap pool; walking/running track; gymnasium; fitness room; and an indoor climbing wall.
