Flute Choir Day 2024

The 12th Flute Choir Day is on Saturday, February 24, 2024, 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM. Registration closes on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 10:00 PM. This event is hosted by the Otterbein University Music Department and Prof. Lindsey Goodman, professor of flute studies.

Flute Choir Day features guest artist George Pope, Distinguished Service Award recipient of the National Flute Association and Emeritus Professor of Flute at the University of Akron as masterclass instructor, soloist, and guest conductor.

Flute Choir Day is an opportunity for flutists grade 8 through adults, including collegiate students, to enrich their love of music.

All rehearsals and the performance take place in Riley Auditorium in the Battelle Fine Arts Center of Otterbein University at 170 West Park Street, Westerville, Ohio, 43081.

Registration is $60, which includes all of the day’s events, an event t-shirt, and a boxed lunch.
