Campus Life

Being an Otterbein student includes your experience outside of the classroom. From residence life to commuter student services, we are here to support the campus life of all students.

You will have many opportunities to connect with other students and become immersed in the Otterbein community. Learn about the resources available to keep you healthy, safe, and well. In addition, explore our student organizations, activities, and way to make a difference at Otterbein and in the local area.

Campus life will be what you make of it and we are here to support you and what that may be.

Online Education Modules for New Students

All new students are required to take a few online courses prior to the beginning of their first semester. The links to complete each course will be sent in separate emails to your Otterbein email account and must be completed prior to the start of classes. U Got This and Binge Thinking are focused on reducing risky behavior, preventing sexual misconduct, and promoting healthy relationships through direct information and interaction in realistic student scenarios. The Anti-Hazing Module is required by the State of Ohio.

Campus policies and procedures

Otterbein’s Campus Life Handbook contains all of the University policies and procedures. You can access it at www.otterbein.edu/CLH. Campus policies are intended to protect the campus community from disruption and harm. Student conduct procedures uphold the rights and responsibilities of students through an educational process.
