Digication: ePortfolios at Otterbein

At Otterbein, we use Digication as our campus-wide ePortfolio system. The ongoing integration of this service with academic and administrative initiatives on campus is coordinated by the Center for Teaching and Learning.

Alumni Access to Digication

Alumni can retain access to Digication ePortfolio free of charge using their personal email accounts. See our Alumni Account instructions for more information.

Getting Started

Uses of ePortfolio on campus include student galleries, class ePortfolios, collaborative projects, research presentations, documenting experiential learning, interactive resumes, and even reporting on social or sporting events and student groups. Otterbein faculty, staff and administrators also use Digication to support promotion and tenure, program assessment, and as a place to collaborate and share ideas.

Get Help with ePortfolio

ePortfolio Tutors: Our ePortfolio Tutors hold office hours at the Reference Desk in the Library, in case you have questions about building or managing content in ePortfolio. See our Help Portfolio for more information, including their schedule.

Help for Faculty: For questions regarding training, pedagogical consultation, and/or instructional design support for ePortfolio, faculty should contact the Center for Teaching & Learning (ctl@otterbein.edu | 614-823-1064) or visit the CTL Studio on the 3rd floor of the Library.

Technical Issues: For technical issues that may affect your usage of ePortfolio (e.g., no network connection, software problems, cannot log in, etc.), submit an online Help Request or contact the ITS Help Desk (helpdesk@otterbein.edu | 614-823-3100).
