Art opportunities for children ages 7 to 11 offered through the Arts Council of Westerville.  These workshops are art lessons taught by an instructor with a degree in fine arts and art education.  Each session stretches a child’s creativity and allows them the freedom to express themselves. All materials and instruction are covered. Lessons are held the Second Wednesday of the month, from 5:30 to 7:00
