Student Health Information
Mount Carmel provides virtual care and in-person visit options through their local Westerville healthcare providers. In a survey we conducted last year, it was clear that students wanted more flexibility in their healthcare options. These providers will offer an expanded array of healthcare services, as well as more flexible hours and virtual options. Free transportation to any of the Westerville area providers is available through COTA Plus, an on-demand transportation system provided by COTA (www.cota.com/services/cota-plus, Scroll down the page to Westerville). Please plan extra time for travel. The app will tell you how much time to expect.
Services can be accessed through scheduling a virtual appointment at www.mountcarmelhealth.com/virtual-care/ or an in-person appointment with a preferred medical provider at one of three Westerville locations listed below. When making their first appointment, Otterbein students should call 614-627-2700 and identify themselves as an Otterbein student.
