University Saturday on Fishbaugh Field, winning
the first game, 6-1, and dropping the second,
21-6. Junior right-hander John LaCorte gives up
just two hits in Otterbein's win. Otterbein is
scheduled to host Pitt-Bradford Sunday at noon.

The Otterbein men's lacrosse team, getting five
goals from freshman Alex Dowell, defeats Hendrix
(AR) 11-5 Sunday afternoon for its first win.

X-Country Lands Three on All-Academic Teams
Men's cross country runners Chris Fyock and Tim
Williard, and women's runner Andie Paustch earn spots on
the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches
Association All-Academic Teams.
W's Tennis Volunteers at Carnival for Hope
The Lady Cardinals tennis team spent its
Saturday evening volunteering at the Carnival for Hope.
The event, which took place at the Westerville Community
Center, was held to support Haiti relief.
W's Basketball Places Three on All-OAC Team
Senior Katy Miller, second team, and
sophomores Shea McCoy and Kristi Kotterman,
honorable mention, earn selections to the
All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.
Pollock Lands on All-OAC Second Team
Otterbein guard Brian Pollock earns a spot on
the All-OAC second team for the second year in a
row. The senior led the league in minutes played
and three pointers, and finished fifth in
scoring.

Track
The Otterbein men's track and field team
captures fourth place while the women's team
places fifth at the OAC Indoor Track and Field
Championships held Friday and Saturday at
Marietta College.
