Athletics is an important aspect of the college experience. The Cardinals compete in one of the most competitive leagues in NCAA Division III, the Ohio Athletic Conference, where they have won more than 50 conference championships in the last decade. Our athletes have also remained sharp in the classroom, earning more than 100 academic and athletic honors last year alone. Last fall, our nationally-ranked women’s soccer team earned a trip to the Final Four while the women’s volleyball team made its first-ever appearance in the NCAA’s. The Cardinal football team advanced to the NCAA playoffs for the first time in 2008. Come to Otterbein and join a team of more than 500 student-athletes who study hard and play hard.
