Theresa Harris has more than 35 years of progressively responsible experience in Management and Information Technology. Theresa is known for generating a return on investments for her company, strategic business partners, and customers. She prides herself in bringing clarity to technology offerings and ensuring that technology supports the business. Building relations and excellent customer satisfaction are necessary to implement mission-critical projects successfully. Theresa has managed activities between system integrators and third-party integration partners and ensured technical specifications were complete and accurate. Identified and tracked project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution. Identified project deliverables and created deliverable specification documents and overall daily activities of all staff. Theresa has saved millions of dollars for her customers and has modernized business processes to enhance business operations. Theresa is best known for her “Warrior” attitude, as she is an entrepreneur, business counselor, and community leader. Theresa is passionate about helping organizations to thrive and creating personal development opportunities for her employees, consultants, and business partners.

Theresa was the President and CEO of the award-winning TMH Solutions. TMH Solutions, founded in 2010 and recently sold in late 2023, was a minority-owned, woman-owned, and managed company headquartered in Ohio, working to collaborate with customers, strategic business partners, and consultants to deliver business value for the clients and stakeholders. Through her extensive experience in Information Technology, Consulting, and Enterprise software, Theresa can hire the right consultant and team to aid organizations with their vision, mission, and strategic goals. Theresa uses practical communication skills, negotiation techniques, and proven experience to ensure her customers’ success.

Theresa has a wide breadth of corporate governance experience and expertise. She has chaired and/or sat on all the required NYSE standing committees, such as audit, nominations, governance, and compensation. Ohio Governor John Kasich appointed her as a member of the Ohio Minority Business Advisory Council. Theresa has served as a two-term Board Chair for the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, as she chaired both the finance and audit committees and participated on the governance and board engagement committees; she is a board trustee at Otterbein University, where she also serves as the Vice Chair and on the Executive Committee, on the audit and governance committees; a board member of the Coalition for the Common Good,  Past President for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Columbus.

Theresa has received numerous accolades for her leadership in the business community.

Theresa graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a degree in Business Administration. She completed the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business Executive Program.
