Dr. Kerry Strayer is a professor with areas of specialty that include organizational and group communication, leadership, and gender. Her research looks in particular at organizational analysis and change in non-profits and religious organizations. She also leads training in the community on the multi-generational workplace, Appreciate Inquiry and visioning, board development, MBTI, Strengths Finder, and a variety of communication-oriented topics.
