The 2019 National Leadership Conference, Beyond the Movement: Make Change Happen will bring more than 600 women together to discuss the issues facing women in leadership positions today.

Presented by Central Ohio Women for Economic Leadership and Development (WELD) and Otterbein University, the conference will be held at Otterbein on Thursday, June 13, with registration and networking at 8:15 a.m., keynote at 9 a.m. and breakout sessions from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. There will be an optional networking reception from 4:45-6:30 p.m.

In its ninth year, the annual leadership conference will feature an opening address speaker by keynote speaker and Otterbein alumna Chris Jansing, senior national correspondent and anchor for MSNBC.

Additionally, the wildly successful Full Steam Ahead Girls Track for young women grades 6-12 will be held again this year. More than 100 young attendees will engage in an interactive STEAM-based leadership program and present their projects to conference participants at the Full Steam Ahead Showcase and Reception.
