Primary care and virtual visits

It may seem odd to think of visiting the doctor when you’re healthy, but this is actually the best time to maintain your health and establish a primary care provider before you become sick.  OhioHealth also has telehealth appointments for your convenience.

Accepted insurance at OhioHealth

OhioHealth accepts a full range of insurance plans with most major health insurers in the Ohio region. Prior to your appointment, please contact your OhioHealth physician and/or OhioHealth location to see if your insurance is accepted. You may have network restrictions, co-payments, deductibles or other out-of-pocket expenses. Also, not all services may be covered by your insurance plan.

COVID-19 Testing

OhioHealth – Many OhioHealth urgent care and primary care offices provide COVID-19 testing for symptomatic and asymptomatic patients. Please call first for details and to schedule an appointment. Offices do not accept walk-ins.

Local Retailers – Many pharmacies and local retailers have rapid COVID-19 home tests and on-site testing services. To find a retail testing location near you, visit https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/Testing.

 

COVID-19 Vaccines and Boosters

OhioHealth – provides COVID-19 vaccines at designated vaccine clinics and Primary Care locations. Offices do not accept walk-ins.
