Executive Director of Engagement
Institutional Advancement Division

I am a proud Otterbein alumna from the class of 1996, graduating with a B.A. degree in public relations with a minor in speech communications. After obtaining my degree, I worked for two years in the Office of Admission recruiting students for Otterbein from northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania. While in that role, I also worked as a graphic designer for admission marketing materials.

My career then led me to the Mortar Board National Office at Ohio State University, where I served as the Communications Coordinator for four years. For the next 10 years, I served as an Associate Editor for WOSU Public Media at Ohio State, working within the marketing and communications department, followed by nearly two years as the Assistant Director of Development for WOSU within University Advancement.

In 2014, I returned to my alma mater to serve as the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and was tapped after two years to serve in a new role, Director of Campaign Planning and Logistics, during the historic Where We STAND Matters campaign. After the successful conclusion of the $50+ million comprehensive campaign, I transitioned to become the Director of Special Campaigns and Initiatives, followed by the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives in Institutional Advancement.

In July 2023, I assumed my current role, Executive Director of Engagement, where I lead the Alumni, Family, and Donor Engagement team. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with my family including my husband and fellow alum, Alberto Viglietta ‘94 and our daughter.
