Kristen Wojdyla joined Otterbein University as the Director for the Office of Events and Conferences in December of 2023. In her role, Wojdyla oversees the day-to-day operations and logistical coordination of events and conferences on campus. Whether an internal event (students, faculty and staff) or external event (summer camps, conferences, receptions, meetings, etc.), our office strives to provide a smooth planning experience for hosting events at Otterbein.

Wojdyla came to Otterbein after working for the Events and Promotions team at the Columbus Zoo Family of Parks where she planned events for the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Zoombezi Bay, Safari Golf Club and The Wilds. She was responsible for scheduling, designing, coordinating, executing and evaluating events (ranging from 8 guests to 20,000+ guests). Prior to joining the Columbus Zoo family, she planned Philanthropic events at the Center of Science and Industry (COSI).

Wojdyla is an Otterbein University alumna with a B.A. degree in Public Relations, class of 2016.
